Case Study: Marketing campaign system

Managing a large marketing database can be a difficult task, particularly when you have more than one campaign targeting a variety of potential customers.

Our brief from Box Marketing was to create a tailored system which would allow them to generate marketing campaigns on the fly, email instructions to a sales team and allow them to update live records with responses. The team can add new customer details, set call back reminders and take orders over the phone at the click of a button. The result was a system which manages daily campaigns for clients such as Inbev, Britvic and Coors.
