Exhibitions, Events and 2 weeks on the road with NHS Choices

The Project: In Brief

Following the launch of the new NHS Choices website, our client in the events team asked us to create an exhibition solution designed to raise public awareness of the website around the UK. We immediately put together a dedicated team to manage and support the long term delivery of the events throughout the course of 2008 and beyond.

A package was created for the NHS Choices team to allow their stand to be scaled up or down in line with each event. Combined with this a variety of both on and offline technology were used to track delegate trends, feedback and requests. This ensured that regardless of the size of the show, a solution could easily be created which was both cost effective and delivered results which were easy to analyse.

A great working relationship continues with our client, and our team based approach has led to the successful implementation of great ideas enabling NHS Choices to gather detailed information about the needs of Healthcare Professionals, Patients and the Public. The information gathered will be used to improve the website, its content and the NHS service as a whole.

Our relationship with the NHS team is set to continue to grow over 2008 & 2009 with the delivery of a variety of exciting events such as The Good Food Show and The Baby Show.
