The Project: In Brief
Following the launch of a new section of the NHS Choices website where GPs can upload details about their practice, our client asked us to solve the problem of promotion and training for users. With 8000 GP practices across the UK, the challenge was to provide a solution which was easily accessible, easy to use and above all communicated the wealth of information on the site as efficiently as possible.
Our video and web teams immediately got their heads together and began exploring the best ways to capture the wide level of functionality available on the site and deliver it in bite sized amounts to the target audience. Using a combination of video and motion graphics, wrapped up in a well organised online environment, our solution provides everything a GP Practice Team needs to train a team of staff.
Users have access to a range of video chapters, which talk through each stage of the various features available on the website. Our training micro-site forms a new section in the NHS website and provides a central resource of PDF documents, videos and detailed written instructions, making learning how to manage a bespoke practice profile an easy and rewarding process.
