The Project: In Brief
Following a long standing relationship with the Department of Health, our client asked us to design and implement the roll-out of the 2008 exhibitions and road-shows. The goal for the project was to gain quantifiable results from each event, ensure careful, justifiable use of budget and clearly communicate key initiatives to the variety of audiences around the UK.
We immediately got our events and digital team around the same table and thrashed out a range of ideas which would allow the DH events to make better use of technology and more effective use of budget. Our solution provides a complete package; from detailed project management in the weeks building up to each event, through to onsite build, logistics and stand management.
Combined with the strategic use of online technology, we provide the ability to track delegate trends, monitor and amend live stand content and provide detailed analysis both during and after the event. This has provided our client with everything they need to make the most of the 2008 roll-out which continues to be successful.
