Sphereing

After numerous cancellations due to bad weather, we eventually did our Sphereing day at the National Water Sports Centre in Nottingham!
Basically, Sphereing is where you’re strapped inside a 12 foot inflatable Sphere (or large hamster ball…) and then hurtled down a hill at speeds of up to 30 mph.  The sensation is odd, to say the least.
