Surf’s up… in October!

Last weekend I went down to visit some friends who’ve just moved to Cardiff. As well as checking out their new place and celebrating a 30th birthday we got the chance to visit a local beach too. Despite rain forecasted all weekend we had amazing sunshine. So on the Sunday we packed up the cars with our swimming trunks, surf boards, bucket and spade and hit the beach.

The surf was awesome and the sea wasn’t even too cold (after 90 seconds you generally can’t feel anything anyway). We’ll definitely be back there again. I hear the sea gets really warmed up by November ;)…
